Trojans YCG are the winners of this season's Matt Morrison Memorial Cup, after a convincing five goals to nil victory over Donemana. The game started slowly as both teams took time to settle, but Trojans started to assert their authority and took a deserved lead on 27 minutes when Jake Morrow fired them ahead and the scoreline remained the same until Half-Time. Man of the Match Gearoid McDermott added a second goal for Trojans just five minutes into the second half and effectively ended the game as a contest. Three further goals from Cathal Connolly (56 minutes), Oran Carlin (65 minutes) and Matthew Doherty (68 minutes) saw Trojans comfortable winners on the night. Commiserations to Donemana who lost in the Final for a second year in a row.

Andy Millar, Chairman of the North West FA presented the Man of the Match award to Geariod McDermott and Medals to the Match Officials.

The Irish FA President Conrad Kirkwood presented the Medals to both teams and Gerry Morrison presented the Cup to Trojans Captain Shea Frazer.
